Reservations:

1. Request your date and time.
2. Your Ayuri consultant or therapist will confirm their availability, date, time, and location of the appointment in writing (always via WhatsApp or email).
3. Your appointment is reserved with a deposit of $500 MXN.
4. Before your appointment, Ayuri will contact you again (always via WhatsApp or email) to confirm the appointment.
5. On the day of your appointment, you will pay the remaining balance of the service fee via bank transfer (Mexican bank account), Wise (EURO/USD/MXN), or cash.

Cancellations:

1. Please be on time for your appointment! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Your $500 MXN deposit remains valid for one month from the date of cancellation to reschedule or change your appointment. 2. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 12 hours' notice, you may forfeit your $500 MXN deposit.

Tolerance:

1. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment time.

2. Any delay on your part may result in a proportional reduction of your scheduled service time.
3. In case of a delay of 20 minutes or more, the service may be canceled without a refund of your deposit.
In this case, we will notify you in writing (always via WhatsApp or email).
